The Future of Mining Skills Development

Canadian Mining Training Recognition Program


Recognition under the CMTRP would showcase a training program’s:
 
  • Demonstration of commitment and consistency in the delivery of training in the mining industry at a national level
  • Validation that a training program’s learning outcomes meet the NOTS
  • Excellence in training, skills development and the building of a safe workforce
MiHR has received funding to be able to support employers, educational institutions or training organizations with $10,000 to align and enhance existing occupational training to the learning outcomes in MiHR’s NOTS.
